Welcome to The Computer Band LLC (“TCB Masters”).
By submitting a project, booking a service, or communicating through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before sending any materials.
TCB Masters offers professional audio mastering services for artists, producers, labels, and managers. Services may include mastering, revisions, and final delivery of mastered audio files in digital format.
All audio files submitted for mastering should be final, high-quality mixes unless otherwise discussed. By submitting audio, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permission to use and distribute the material.
Payment terms are shared at the time of booking or submission. Work on a project begins only after payment is received or confirmed.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Refunds are not guaranteed after services have been rendered due to the nature of digital audio work, but every effort will be made to resolve concerns reasonably.
Each mastering project includes up to one complimentary round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee. Revisions are defined as tonal or level adjustments, not remixing or restructuring.
Final masters are delivered via secure digital download or preferred delivery method once approval and payment are complete.
Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and workload, but turnaround estimates will be communicated clearly before project acceptance.
All mixes, masters, and related materials are treated as confidential.
No client material will be shared, distributed, or played publicly without written consent from the artist, management, or label.
You retain full ownership of your original recordings.
Upon final payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the mastered material for commercial release, streaming, or distribution.
TCB Masters retains the right to reference mastered work in a private portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
TCB Masters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered material.
While every project is handled with care and professional attention, audio outcomes remain subjective and dependent on source material quality.
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect new practices, technology, or regulations. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
